Kearney center
March 11, 2022
Hello Faith Presbyterian Church,
Thank you for all the support you have shown us so far and all the time and resources you dedicate to us on a weekly basis. Your impact is truly felt. I wanted to let you know about the supplies that our clients need at the Kearney Center.
Toiletries: We are in high need of deodorant, lotion, razors, and body wash.
Computers: Due outdated and broken computers we are planning to raise money to purchase new computers.
Move-out Kits: When our clients obtain housing, we provide basic household items to assist in the transition of moving into a new home. Although we do not take furniture, we do provide bedrooms, kitchen, and laundry supplies and items. This provides critical transitional support to clients since they do not own much personal property when they initially leave homelessness.
Volunteering: April is National Volunteer Month, a month dedicated to recognizing the importance of volunteering and honoring the significant contributions volunteers make by generously donating their time and talents to worthy causes. I am currently planning special initiatives for our clients to show them how many people in the community care about their well being.

Sealey School Partnership
In response to Jesus' commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves, Faith Presbyterian is called to stand beside the community of Sealey Elementary School. We will support the students, families, teachers, and staff so that we may experience the grace of God in each other and build a stronger future together.
Throughout the year, there are varying opportunities to help support the Faith/Sealey Partnership. To read more, please visit our Sealey Partnership page here.
Backpack blessings
To better support our Faith Preschool Scholarship student families, Faith deacons and other members provide a few extra groceries once a week. Church Office
Did you know the church front office is manned solely by volunteers? We need people with friendly, smiling faces to answer phones and greet visitors to the office. If you would consider doing this, or have questions about it, please contact Randy Zepp, .
Manna on Meridian
The next Manna is Saturday, July 16 and there are many ways to volunteer. People are needed to bag, shop, bring hospitality items, pick up bread, etc. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Shellie Camp.
Marquee Signs
We are so thankful to currently have 10 different people (or couples) to change our two marquee signs. Each person/couple takes one month during the year and changes the sign each Sunday or Monday. If we can get 2 more persons or couples to volunteer, we will have all 12 months of the year covered! Could it be you? Contact Cheri Harkema, .
